Delivery Information
We take great care in ensuring your ceramic sculpture reaches you safely and promptly. All orders are dispatched from our studio within 2 working days of receiving your order.
- Dispatch Timeframe: Once received, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
- Courier: We use DHL Next Day Delivery for all orders.
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested in a piece, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of the item(s) ordered.
Packaging
All pieces are securely packaged with protective materials to ensure safe transit. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the returns process below.
Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns
- You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your sculpture arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at paula@pauladowning.com
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
